Overcoming Indecisiveness(a.k.a Procrastination)

Life is a Risk and the very nature of risk is taking a a decision.

Even the simple act of a toss, before the start of any game involves risk. It may be excellent to win the toss, for the conditions are favorable to suit your strengths…but you may as well lose the toss…the risk is always there!!

What is more or rather most important is that you decided and called Heads or Tails as the coin was spun!! That decision to go out and call “Heads” or “Tails”is being decisive. What follows will be tended to, is bravery!! It may either be your call or not, but to deal with the situation on hand is indeed bravery!! Catering to both the outcomes (of heads or tails ) is planning and executing your plan is action.

If due to circumstances, there is a third outcome(beyond heads or tails), then you simply be spontaneous.

If confusion is there, then its good, for out of confusion…out of churning arises clarity!! All time is the right time to take a decision, but the underlying essence is take a decision.

If it turns out in due course of time as favorable, good!!

If it turns out in due course of time as unfavorable, even better!! Use it as an opportunity provided by Life to fine tune your skills and experience for your growth!!

In both cases, you have decided and walked the path and that is what matters!!

A dreamer, who from a window seat of a rail bogey, enjoys staring at the infinite plain lands, re-living images captured by the eyes, amused by a dogs yawn and its trot.. moved by a cows gaze and fascinated by the trail of army ants kissing each other to glory... I am not sure if slow n steady wins the race.. there is no race if you ask me....but certainly slow and steady has its own grace...
